Who is a Nigerian Aces Mentor?
A Nigerian Aces Mentor is someone who had a dream or a vision and was able to make it a reality. It is not about money, it is about achievement it’s about encouragement aimed at developing the competence and character of a young Nigerian.
We understand that you are busy, so becoming a mentor doesn’t mean you have to dedicate more of your time to coaching students, businesses, and general adult or child mentees on Nigerian Aces, this is completely optional.
As a mentor, you will be interviewed as an expert in your industry (more about how it works below) and your interview will be published on Nigerian Aces with your profile in form of text and audio.
The questions we ask are non intrusive and you will have a chance to review them before the interview day.
In general, the qualities, responsibilities and requirements of becoming a good mentor or coach on Nigerian Aces are very easy and flexible. We are looking for real people who are willing to help shape Nigeria with us.

Who Can Become a Mentor?
The first condition is that you are in Nigeria.
We interview successful people in Nigeria, and many are ordinary folks who have been able to achieve a certain level of success in their career or business in Nigeria and in any industry.
So if you feel a young Nigerian can gain from your experience, you are welcome to register as a mentor, it’s not about wealth.
After the interview if you decide you want to go further with business or student coaching we would be glad to work with you and also provide you tips as necessary.
How to Become a Mentor?

At the moment we are not live, however each week we interview several new amazing personalities in various industries, which will be featured to our already growing 35,000 member database.
The audio interview process is easy, non intrusive and straightforward:
- We set up a convenient date and time for you.
- Prior to the interview call we’ll have the questions set and sent to you to prepare.
- One of our interviewers will give you a call on your preferred phone. The call will be recorded and edited. Most importantly: There is no pressure; the interview will be fun, relaxed and friendly for you to share your expertise.
- We’ll create a promotional dedicated page about you and your expertise on NigerianAces, and this is where the interview will also be linked and published.
- Once we have concluded the interview edit process, your dedicated page with embedded audio and links which will also be sent to you for final approval. NOTE: Nothing will go live until you are fully pleased with the end result.
